The apartment is brand new renovated. I found in reality exactly what i saw on the pictures on the Airbnb booking Platform. Patricia is a very professional host. The location (100 m to the beach) is great and the sea view from the apartment and the terrace is from sunrise to sunset because the apartment is south oriented. A clear and warm recommendation for this apartment and the host.

An absolutely beautiful apartment. Very thoughtfully and tastefully appointed and in a great location for exploring Malaga. A big thank you too to Patricia for her kindness, hints and tips and for checking in to make sure everything was going well. It made all the difference!

Patricia’s apartment fulfilled all of our requirements: 1. a BEACHFRONT NEW and modern apartment in a mint condition, with all house amenities; 2. beautiful and safe area with extremely convenient location- a minute walk to the beach, close to excellent restaurants, bars and grocery stores; 3. Kids and family friendly beach with fine, gold sand, shallow water and waterpark. Patricia- THE BEST HOST for whom you can wish. She personally communicates every step throughout the check-in process and after. She surprised us with a welcome gift. Her communication was impeccable- always on-time and extremely patient with us understanding the challenges of traveling with a toddler. Patricia’s service was always spot-on, going above and beyond to accommodate every one of our questions and requests. She takes pride in what she does. Overall experience: 5-star! We already plan to book with Patricia again!

We had a great stay here for a long weekend. The host was flexible with check-in and check-out times and was very responsive to queries. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, clean and very conveniently located.
