It is perfect if you are looking for complete relaxation. Hearing the waves break as you fall asleep and watching the sunset over the sea from the terrace is a delight. The Suite is all about disconnecting by the sea. This Suite is located in El Rosario, 15 minutes from Marbella center, in one of the quietest areas and the most beautiful beaches of Marbella.

Sweet Suites Terms and Conditions:
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, (upon request after 9:00 PM).
- Check-out must be done before 11:00 AM.
* In case of late check-out:
- From 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, a supplement of 50.00 euros will be applied.
- After 1:00 PM, the basic daily rate without discounts will be applied.
Costs for Damages in the Suites and Additional Fees:
- Unauthorized late check-out after 11:00 AM: 100.00 euros.
- Loss of keys or damage to the entrance lock: 250.00 euros.
- Damage to the set of keys: 50.00 euros.
- Smoking in the Suite: 200.00 euros.
- Damages to furniture, walls, or other items will be priced according to the damage caused.
Sweet Suites Cancellation Policy:
- 50% of the booking will be refunded if cancelled 14 days before arrival.
- No refund will be made if the cancellation occurs within the 14 days prior to check-in.
Deposit
A deposit of 150 euros will be required at check-in, in cash, as a guarantee, which will be returned at the end of the stay if there are no incidents.
