Cancellation Policy
All reservations at Sweet Suites are non-refundable. No cancellations, date changes, or refunds are allowed once the reservation has been confirmed.
Sweet Suites Terms and Conditions:
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, (upon request after 9:00 PM).
- Check-out must be done before 11:00 AM.
* In case of late check-out:
- From 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, a supplement of 50.00 euros will be applied.
- After 1:00 PM, the basic daily rate without discounts will be applied.
Costs for Damages in the Suites and Additional Fees:
- Unauthorized late check-out after 11:00 AM: 100.00 euros.
- Loss of keys or damage to the entrance lock: 250.00 euros.
- Damage to the set of keys: 50.00 euros.
- Smoking in the Suite: 200.00 euros.
- Damages to furniture, walls, or other items will be priced according to the damage caused.
Sweet Suites Cancellation Policy:
- All reservations at Sweet Suites are non-refundable. No cancellations, date changes, or refunds are allowed once the reservation has been confirmed.
